12 Days of Gym Class
On the 1st day of gym class my coach made me do some arm flapping chicken kinda things
On the 2nd day of gym class my coach made me do two pulling thumbs (repeat whats above)
On the 3rd day of gym class my coach made me do three weights for lifting
On the 4th day of gym class my coach made me do 4 shout outs
On the 5th day of gym class my coach made me do 5 hula hoops
On the 6th day of gym class my coach made me do 6 squatting thrusts
On the 7th day of gym class my coach made me do 7 strokes of swimming
On the 8th day of gym class my coach made me do 8 ropes for climbing
On the 9th day of gym class my coach made me do 9 ways of dancing
On the 10th day of gym class my coach made me do 10 yards of leaping
On the 11th day of gym class my coach made me do 11 boxing boxing (I think)
On the 12th day of gym class my coach made me do 12 power punches
Sit Down Sleigh Ride
Sitting down clap four times low then clap four times high
Sway to the right then sway to the left
Lift hands and say “yee Ha”
Gallop with hands on knees eight times
Leaning right with your right thumb up say “Which way” then lean left with your left thumb up “do we go” hands in front palms up “I do not really know”
Four rings low with your hands then four rings high with your hands
Repeat
Deck the Halls
Grape vine right (step, step behind, step, together clap) then to the left same thing. Making it snow four corners start at right top hand together pushing up, then left top, right bottom, left bottom. Plow the snow away with two rings to the right - repeat on the other side.
