Born in 1966 and raised in Haverhill MA, I have enjoyed making Art my entire life!
It was Art Class with Mrs. Levinson at Walnut Square School in 1972 that I first considered becoming an art teacher.
My high school art teacher at Governor Dummer Academy, Mrs. Birdie Brittain cemented my desire to live my life as an artist and teacher. I graduated from GDA in 1985, having completed just about every art class they offered.
I majored in Studio Art at Franklin and Marshall Co in Lancaster PA where I graduated in 1989.

I went on to get my Masters in the Science of Art Education and Art Education Certification K-12 at Mass College of Art in Boston MA. That was 1992. The same year I began teaching Art at the Hampstead Central School.
In 2003 I returned to graduate school to obtain another masters - this time a Masters in Fine Art from Vermont College in Montpelier, VT.
From 1994-2007 I exhibited my work professionally at the J.Demeri Gallery in Rockport MA.
During this time I also became a member of the NH Artists Association where I exhibited my work.

My family and I live in Hampstead, NH. My wife Heather is a middle school science teacher. My son Anthony is in 7th grade. My daughter Catherine is in 5th grade.
